We’re looking for a motivated Banking Branch Trainee to join our client in East Gippsland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of the banking and financial services industry while completing a Certificate III in Financial Services – fully paid, on the job.

About You

You don’t need banking experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
Confident communicating with customers
Reliable and willing to learn
Interested in building a long-term career in banking or financial services
Available to work full time, Monday to Friday
Previous customer service experience is highly regarded

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of a friendly branch team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
Welcoming and assisting customers
Responding to customer enquiries
Learning about banking products and services
Building strong customer relationships
Assisting with customer requests and resolving issues
Supporting day-to-day branch operations




Identifying opportunities to help customers with suitable banking products and services
