Delivery Driver – Girdlers Café Group

Location: Starts in Cromer (Central Kitchen)

Schedule: 2 days per week

About the Role:

Girdlers Café Group is seeking a reliable and upbeat Delivery Driver to join our operations team. This role involves transporting goods from our central kitchen in Cromer to our 6 venue locations across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

You’ll be an important link between our production team and front-of-house teams, ensuring deliveries arrive on time, in full, and with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver supplies from our Cromer kitchen to venue locations (2–3 days/week)
Pack and load goods safely and efficiently
Assist teams with unpacking and organising deliveries at each venue
Ensure accurate records of goods and delivery notes
Communicate clearly with kitchen and venue teams regarding any issues
Maintain cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:




Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
Confidence driving a small van or light commercial vehicle
Valuable English communication skills
Friendly, skilled, and team-focused attitude
Physically fit and able to assist with lifting/unloading
Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and follow run sheets

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Sydney’s Northern Beaches
Previous delivery or hospitality experience
Ability to jump in and help the team where needed
