About the job:
Operate production machinery in a workshop setting
Follow work instructions and maintain a robust focus on safety
General factory labouring
Work as part of a solid, supportive team
Opportunity to upskill and take on more responsibility over time

What we need (Machine Operator):
Reliable, punctual and motivated
Machine operating experience preferred but not essential
Forklift licence preferred




Current driver’s licence
Willingness to work overtime when required

For the Leading Hand role:
Previous manufacturing or supervisory experience
Forklift licence required
Ability to lead, support and motivate the team
Comfortable taking ownership of the shift and helping others
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What’s on offer:
