Chef de Partie - Premium Dining

Sydney CBD | Seasonal and locally sourced menu | Professional Kitchen Brigade We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a premium restaurant located in Sydney CBD.

This is an opportunity for a career-focused chef who wants to work with quality produce, strong kitchen leadership and a team committed to delivering food at a consistently high standard.

We are particularly interested in chefs who have worked within premium restaurants, hatted venues or internationally recognised kitchens, with Michelin-starred experience highly regarded.

The Role
Work across a dedicated section within a professional kitchen brigade
Deliver consistently high standards of preparation, cooking and presentation
Work with premium seasonal produce
Maintain robust organisation, cleanliness and work efficiently
Assist with preparation and service across a busy restaurant operation
Work closely with senior chefs and contribute positively to the wider kitchen team




Continue developing your technical skills within a quality-focused environment

About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
Background within premium, fine dining or hatted restaurants
Michelin-starred kitchen experience is highly desirable
Strong fundamental cooking skills and attention to detail
Passion for quality ingredients and professional kitchen standards
Reliable, organised and comfortable within a structured brigade
A positive attitude and genuine desire to continue developing your career
Full Australian working rights are essential
