About the Role HSS Recruitment is seeking four experienced Coded Welders to join a major pipeline construction project between Merredin and Southern Cross.

You'll be working on the fabrication and installation of approximately 44km of pipeline, joining an experienced team delivering critical infrastructure across regional Western Australia.

With a choice of rosters and consistent long-term work, this is an excellent chance for welders looking for stability and a well-paid project.

What's on Offer
$70 per hour flat rate
Retention Bonus paid as a lump sum upon successful completion of the project:
2:1 Roster: $600 per completed swing
10:4 Roster: $480 per completed swing
BIBO - Perth to site.
4 hours paid travel on your first and last day of each swing
All accommodation and meals (crib) supplied
Long-term project expected to run through to April 2027
Immediate starts available

Requirements To be considered you will have:
Current Coded Welder qualifications
Weld Test required: FCAW-N (2G - Butt Weld / 5F - Fillet Weld)
Construction White Card
Current Confined Space ticket
Previous pipeline, structural or heavy fabrication welding experience
Own PAPR unit (Powered Air-Purifying Respirator) preferred, but not essential
Must reside in Western Australia
