Drive revenue and asset performance through strategic leasing and optimisation

You will drive asset utilisation, revenue growth and commercial performance, while leading complex lease negotiations, managing key stakeholders and providing expert property advice to senior leaders.

Extensive commercial and retail property management experience

Robust lease negotiation and contract management expertise
n
Proven track record maximising asset performance and income
n
Sound knowledge of retail leasing legislation and tenancy compliance
n
Robust financial, budgeting and cashflow management skills
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and influence at a senior level
