Your Mission
Develop and execute commercial strategies to support business growth and performance.
Analyse sales, customer and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
Manage contracts, pricing, tenders and commercial negotiations.
Develop and maintain robust customer and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor commercial performance, KPIs and financial outcomes.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
Improve business processes, systems and operational efficiency.
Lead, support and develop team members to achieve business objectives.

Your Talents
At least 5 years of experience in all aspects of Sales and Marketing with at least 4 years of experience in medical device company in leadership position desirable.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Management (MBA preferred).
Considerable experience of channel management and distribution.




High degree of product and industry knowledge (especially for own specialties and business).
Strong business and financial acumen, number orientation.
Robust customer orientation and relationship management skills.
Highly people development focused.
Ability to deal with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
