Cable Beach House is currently seeking energetic and experienced Cook

Key responsibilities & required skills:

Efficiently prepare and cook to a high quality, a range of meals for our restaurant menu under supervision;

Adhere to Food safety procedures and ensure a protected and hygienic workplace for staff and customers;

Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction with the kitchen team to provide excellent product quality, flavour and presentation;

Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards;

Ability to work well within a team workplace or autonomously as required; and

Ability to be adaptable with shifts, a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required.
