About the role

Reporting into the Member Experience Lead, the Concierge plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You'll be the face of the brand, ensuring a first-class experience for both members and their clients. You'll also have the prospect to develop your retail skills, with full training provided in product knowledge and retail sales to help you confidently support members and promote our exclusive range of qualified beauty products.

Key responsibilities
Create a fun, positive and welcoming workplace for members and guests
Act as the daily point of contact for members, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues with the guidance of the Member Experience Lead
Manage reception duties such as answering calls, managing the site's email account, and accepting deliveries
Check Office RnD daily for casual bookings and coordinate space availability
Ensure the member experience is consistently exceptional and support member retention goals
Assist with event logistics and pre-event preparation
Help connect members to drive client referrals
Promote and drive product sales
Support member move-ins and move-outs

About you
Friendly, energetic and polite demeanour




Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Comfortable and confident in providing product recommendations to clients
Availability on Saturdays is a must have
