About the role

Join the agile team as a Construction Cadet. This full-time role is based in Sydney and will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry. As a Construction Cadet, you will be an integral part of delivering high-quality construction projects while gaining the skills and knowledge to progress your career in project management.

What you'll be doing
Assist with the planning and coordination of construction projects
Assisting onsite with general labouring
Participate in site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues
Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation and other project-related materials
Support the project management team with administrative tasks and general duties
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for
Strong interest in the construction industry and a passion for project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint




Willingness to learn and apply new skills and technologies to support the business
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a construction-related field
