Assistant Retail Manager - Northern Suburbs & North Shore

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others become the best version of themselves? Elite Supplements is looking for an energetic, customer-focused retail leader to join us on a part-time basis (20–30 hours per week), supporting our stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore.

What You'll Do
Support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving sales to exceed targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
Help coach and develop staff to perform at their best
Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you!)
Assist with rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh
Step up and take ownership of the store in the Manager's absence

What We're Looking For
Retail leadership or supervisory experience — you've run a shift or a team before




A track record of hitting and beating sales targets
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
Strong communication skills and versatile availability (including weekends)
Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader
Willingness to travel between stores across the Northern Suburbs and North Shore when required
