About the role

CRS have multiple positions available for Asphalt Labourers and Plant Operators, based in our Roads team which is based out of Wagga Wagga. A background in operating asphalt plant & machinery will be an advantage. With a state of the art Asphalt Paving fleet at our disposal, you will become part of one of our well managed road team.

We are looking for various skills from Level hands, Roller Drivers and Rake Hands to complement our crews. This will be a rewarding position working on varied work daily. The successful applicant will have the chance to start a new career with leaders in the Asphalt industry.

About you
Current Drivers Licence (or truck licence)
Operator Tickets
Industry induction card (White card, etc)




Industry experience
Able to work in a team environment
Willingness to work adaptable schedule
OHS Knowledge
