Senior Property Manager | $100K-110k + Super + Allowances

We're recruiting for a great client who is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and highly supportive team.

n

You'll be joining a highly systemised office with a friendly team culture, regular training, social events and plenty of support around you.

The role:

Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on client relationships and service
n
Monday to Friday role
n
No leasing
n
No recent business
n
No trust accounting
n
Dedicated Routine Inspection Officer supporting the department
n
Experienced Department Manager providing ongoing support
n
Full office support and established systems in place
n
Regular training and development opportunities
n

About you:

n

n




Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience
n
Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
Good understanding of QLD legislation and compliance
n
Able to work autonomously while being part of a team
n
Current QLD Registration Certificate or Agent Licence
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage
n
