We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant and bar staff during shifts
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage staff rosters, breaks, and shift allocations
Monitor food and beverage quality standards
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Support staff training and team development
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety regulations
Work closely with management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality supervision or leadership
Robust communication and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Current RSA Certificate
Food Safety knowledge/certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
