About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker or second year apprentice to join our team at Tallangatta Bakery. This can be a full or part-time position offering an immediate start.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality
Ensure all bakery equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained
Comply with all health and safety regulations in the bakery
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery setting
Solid knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
