We are looking for passionate and committed applicants eager to commence a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship. Working under the direct supervision of our Chefs, you will learn advanced culinary and knife skills, gain knowledge of ingredients and cookery methods, use commercial equipment and prepare and cook menu items. You must be willing to learn and be dedicated to your training and further studies.

Drivers Licence or on the path to getting your Licence is a must as public transport is not available in our area
