Job Description

Allambi Care is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to deliver the Families Together program in Newcastle–Maitland. You will support families at home and in the community to achieve protected, secure, nurturing environments.

Responsibilities include home visiting, developing practical parenting skills, coordinating case plans with practitioners, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with schools and health services.
