Job Description

Aruma Balwyn is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a participant who uses a wheelchair with daily living tasks, personal care and community involvement. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support and maintain accurate documentation, while upholding Aruma's values.

The role focuses on building rapport, ensuring independence, and delivering high-quality one-on-one supports in a reliable workplace. Shift patterns: day shifts, 9:00am–5:00pm, Balwyn, VIC.
