Job Description

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to grow and retain a NSW portfolio across the ELMO suite. You will manage relationships with key decision-makers and lead regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Regional Account Director, you will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, CX, Product and Marketing to progress prospects, drive renewals and upsell, and position AI-enabled solutions while keeping Salesforce up to date.
