Time : can start early in the morning
n
Food Preparation n n
food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
n
Cook, grill meat and other items
n

Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
n
Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
n




Inventory Management – Receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
n
Compliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in valuable working order
n
Goods in and out and storeroom ownership
