9B Careers is working with an established architectural practice in Cambridge , looking for an experienced Associate Architect to take a senior role within the practice.

n

You’ll have significant responsibility for the leadership and delivery of projects , working closely with clients, design teams and consultants. The role offers the opportunity to influence design, oversee technical delivery and help lead project teams across a variety of sectors and stages.

The Role n

n
Lead and oversee projects from concept through to delivery
n
Take responsibility for project management, programme and delivery
n
Lead and coordinate internal teams and external consultants
n
Develop client relationships and act as a key point of contact
n
Contribute to design development and technical delivery
n
Support business development and the growth of the studio
n
Mentor and develop more junior members of the team
n




Work across a variety of sectors and project stages
n

About You nn
Qualified Architect with substantial UK project experience
n
Proven track record of running and leading complex projects
n
Solid design, technical and project management skills
n
Confident managing clients, consultants and project teams
n
Robust Revit experience
n
Experience with SketchUp, NBS Chorus or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
n
Commercially aware, proactive and confident taking ownership
n
Solid leadership and communication skills
n
