Job Title: Maintenance Fitter –FMCG
Location: THIS IS BASED IN ROBINVALE. WE HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION TO STAY WHEN WORKING
Roster: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Salary : $90,000 – $110,000 + super
Accommodation : You will have FREE accomodation provided when you are working the 7 days on shift only then after the shift, you will go back to wherever you live

About the Role
n We are seeking a reliable and experiencedMaintenance Fitter to join our team at a well-establishedfood manufacturing facility in Robinvale, Victoria . This role operates on a7 days on / 7 days off roster , providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production setting.
n During your 7-day shift block,accommodation will be provided , making this an ideal chance for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
n




Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
n
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance withfood safety and OH&S; standards
n

About You

Trade qualifiedFitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
n
Robust troubleshooting and fault finding skills
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
n
