Job Description

Ericsson GmbH in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Problem Manager to bolster network performance across CS/PS Core and Transmission. You will lead problem management, drive incident reduction and collaborate with vendors and data analytics teams.

Responsibilities include post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and actions to reduce alarms, tickets and work orders while improving customer experience and network health. A solid telecom background and ITSM expertise are required.
