Job Description

AUSactive is seeking an inspiring leader to drive excellence within our premium fitness team. You will oversee gym operations, lead a high‐performing Personal Training unit and elevate the member experience in a luxury club setting.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the rollout and performance of the recent 2026 PT model, recruit and develop staff, mentor teams and instill a culture of continuous improvement across the fitness department.
