Life Without Barriers in Unley, SA is seeking a Senior Practice Lead to guide the SA Out of Home Care team and embed evidence-based practice across programs. You will lead qualified learning and provide practice support to improve outcomes for children, families and communities.

You will lead, coach and mentor across Foster Care, Mentoring, Residential Care and Preservation and Reunification, offering policy advice, compliance guidance and contribution to accreditation and program development.
