Responsibilities
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
Resolving key client issues and complaints through effective communication within Sherwin Williams and customers.
Provide technical support to assist with customer issues and recent product introductions.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by working with Technical to propose solutions that meet their objectives, and support customer line investigations.
Work with team members to ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Include forecasting based on customer information and usage.
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals,



and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Study the market and look for new opportunities.

Qualifications
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s degree or above
Preferred: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required: At least 5 years of relevant Sales / Technical experience
Preferred: Valuable communication and writing skills.
Valuable understanding of Microsoft software.
Good understanding of databased systems.
