Job Description

CSR Springboard is seeking a Store Manager for our Port Macquarie Trade Centre. The role leads store operations, safety, and sales with reporting to the Area Manager. A forklift/MR licence is desirable and management experience in retail or a similar workplace is highly regarded.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm. The successful candidate will champion safety, develop staff, and drive customer-focused service while managing profitability and store performance.
