The role:

As Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at a residential aged care facility. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards, delivering high-quality care, and fostering a positive workplace for residents and staff.



You will lead clinical and administrative teams, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement strategies to uphold best practices in aged care. Your leadership will promote safety, compliance, and community engagement.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in aged care management
n
Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and funding streams such as AN-ACC
n
Relevant qualifications, including AHPRA registration preferred
n
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
n
Commitment to compliance, safety, and quality improvement
