With a fun, down-to-earth team, very low staff turnover and a genuinely supportive environment, this is a great prospect for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for their next long-term move.

You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties, with plenty of support around you so you can focus on providing great service rather than doing everything yourself.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties,
n
Portfolio across the Gold Coast
n
Full-time Leasing Agent supporting you
n
VA support across entry and exit processes
n
Strong administrative support around the portfolio
n
Manage owner and tenant relationships
n
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and day-to-day portfolio management
n
Primarily office-based with minimal time spent on the road
n
WFH 1–2 days per week
n

About You

We're looking for someone with:

3–5+ years' residential property management experience
n
Robust portfolio management skills
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive and organised approach
n
Confidence working independently while being part of a close-knit team
n
A positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a great culture
n
