Job Description

Christ Fellowship is seeking a part time Special Needs Ministry Coordinator for the Kids team on the Gold Coast. The role supports the Kids Ministry and leads a volunteer team, partnering with parents and district coordinators to create a welcoming workplace for kids with special needs.

Responsibilities include planning events, coordinating midweek activities, and ensuring a protected, engaging weekend experience. 20 hours per week, weekends and some nights may be required.
