Job Description

We are seeking a Night Concierge for our corporate functions and events center based in Kirribilli, Sydney! As a Night Concierge, you will be the primary after-hours point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth operation of the site overnight.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues; able to follow routine instructions and complete basic administrative tasks
Deliver friendly, qualified customer service, responding promptly to requests and appropriately managing or escalating any issues
Perform light manual handling tasks (e.g. room set-ups, moving furniture) in line with workplace safety guidelines
Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented front‑of‑house areas at all times
Support daily operations including security liaison, delivery coordination, event assistance, and ensuring facilities are prepared for the next day

About the Candidate
Previous experience in a concierge, reception, front‑of‑house, hospitality, customer service, or similar client‑facing role
Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required (penalties apply)
Robust communication with clients, delegates, and colleagues
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
Robust problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
