We are seeking an experienced Project / Delivery Coordinator to support delivery coordination, governance and stakeholder management across the engagement.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate project plans, workshops, actions, decisions and dependencies .
Maintain RAID registers, action logs and delivery artefacts .
Coordinate governance activities, stakeholder meetings and acceptance gates .
Track deliverables, timelines and dependencies to maintain delivery discipline.
Manage document and version control across project artefacts.
Prepare status reports, gate packs and governance updates .

Key requirements
5–10+ years of technology project coordination / PMO experience.
Robust experience with RAID and dependency management .
Experience coordinating workshops, governance and stakeholder activities .
Solid documentation, organization and communication skills.
Experience working within gated delivery settings .
