Our client is an established specialty retailer with a robust Brisbane presence and a focus on developing capable, commercially minded leaders.
They are looking for a Cluster Manager to oversee four locations across Brisbane, with Chermside as the primary base. You'll spend the majority of your week in the flagship location, while maintaining visibility and consistency across the wider cluster through regular store visits.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Store Manager ready to step into multi-site leadership, or an existing Cluster Manager looking for broader ownership across people, performance and P&L.;
About the role
As Cluster Manager, you will:
Lead performance and operations across four Brisbane locations
Take ownership of P&L;, budgets and key commercial metrics
Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
Build consistency across customer experience, people and operations
Identify opportunities to improve performance across the cluster
Partner closely with the Area Manager and senior leadership team
Spend approximately 3.5 days each week based at Chermside
Maintain a fortnightly visit cycle across the remaining stores
What you’ll bring
Proven retail management experience in a senior Store Manager, Cluster or multi-site role
Robust commercial awareness and confidence managing P&L;
Experience leading and developing managers and store teams
Confidence working with budgets, KPIs and performance metrics
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence across multiple locations
Experience within specialty retail or another quick-paced customer environment will be highly regarded
