Ideal for someone studying Patisserie or with a long-term passion for pastry.

Ideal candidate:
Must have minimum of 2 years' of baking experience
Must be very fast and able to follow instruction
Excellent communication skills
experience in secure food handling a must.
Must be available for a 4am start.
