The Award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its establishments at Melbourne Emporium Shopping Centre

We are in search of recent team member as a Barista - Supervisor / Allrounder that has the ability to provide high end customer service and run a busy store when Manager is not on duty.

The Role:

Supervisor - Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include
Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
Delegating when Manager is not on Duty
Serving customers and using the POS system
Engaging with your team and customers alike

Skills & Experience:
People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
Must be extreamly quick in making Coffees -
Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure




Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers and Staff
Latte Art required
Previous experience as Supervisor / Barista in café or restaurant (2 Years)

What's on Offer:

A full time position for a experienced Supervisor / Barista Allrounder to work in a rapid paced enviorment at the Melbourne Emporium between shopping center trading hours - Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
