About the role

Own the Sydney metropolitan region for Mood State Medical, reporting to the Sales & Partnerships Manager and acting as the first point of contact for current and prospective retail and clinic accounts. You will grow the network, drive direct sales, and support the Grenco Medical Elite II therapeutic vaporiser at every stage in the market, along with future additions to the portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Grow the Mood State Medical retail network — finding and opening new dispensaries, pharmacies and clinics, and deepening the relationships already in place
Train all relevant staff (existing and new) on Mood State Medical products, in particular the Grenco Medical Elite II therapeutic vaporiser
Keep in regular contact with each account — from owners, to managers, to patient-facing staff
Keep the territory database current — customers, activity status, merchandising and product listings
Propose and run in-store activity that builds awareness and, ultimately, sales of the Mood State Medical portfolio
Support wholesalers in their efforts to sell the Mood State Medical portfolio
Merchandise each store with the agreed point of sale material, in bricks and mortar stores and online




Gather market and competitor insight from conversations in the field and your own research
Speak with patients when required to understand concerns, issues or warranty claims, and pass any product complaint or safety report to Mood State Medical promptly so it can be recorded and investigated

About you
Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry, the wider medical industry, or in a field sales role
A qualification in business, science or medicine, completed or in progress, is welcome but not essential
A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
