Aspect Development & Survey is a land survey firm located in Canterbury NSW. Due to continued growth we are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is predominately answering phones and entering jobs, requiring strongdata entry skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing e-mails
Data entry of client instructions
The ideal candidate would have:
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Vibrant, positive manner
Previous experience in Reception anddataentry
Ability to multi task and handle competing priorities
Positive written and verbal communication skills
