About the Role: n
nJoin our team at CRU Galston Gorge as a Kitchen Supervisor (Kitchen Shift Leader) ! You'll lead and supervise kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meals for campers and guests. This hands-on role includes food preparation, managing dietary needs, stock control, and maintaining safety standards. n
Key Responsibilities: n

Lead and supervise kitchen staff during busy service periods
n
Set the standard for teamwork, organisation, and food quality
n
Coordinate food preparation for large groups, including dietary requirements
n
Manage stock control, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety compliance
n
Support and train team members to perform confidently and efficiently
n

Is highly organised and can manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace

Has a genuine passion for cooking and commercial kitchen work

Is confident handling high volume food preparation and service

n

Trade qualifications and previous experience in camping, conferencing, or largescale catering environments are highly regarded but not essential. n
