Now Hiring: Precast Concrete Labourer

Looking for an active, hands-on role with a supportive team where you can see the real-world impact of your work? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Labourer to join our precast concrete team and help build essential community infrastructure!
The Day-to-Day n
n
General Labouring: Setting up and stripping concrete moulds, assisting with pours, and keeping production moving smoothly.
n
Tack Welding: Using basic welding techniques to safely assemble and secure steel reinforcement cages.
n
Pipe Distribution: Collaborating to safely maneuver and organize concrete pipes and materials across our busy yard.
n
What You Bring n
n
Physical Capability: The stamina and fitness for an active day on your feet, including regular manual handling and lifting (must pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen).
n




Safety First: A valid Construction White Card and a strong, proactive commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe.
n
Practical Experience: A background in manual work and comfort safely operating standard hand and power tools.
n
Team Spirit: A reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in and learn new skills on the job.
