The Position:

Chef -
Design hearty menus, manage stock, and lead a positive kitchen crew
n
Cook -
Prep, cook, and plate up delicious, high-volume meals for hungry crowds
n
Catering Assistant -
Keep the kitchen moving—prep veggies, serve guests, and maintain a spotless space
n
n
The Person:
n
n
Must be able to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
n
A genuine passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service every time
n




Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional, well-groomed appearance
n
Driven, adaptable, and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
n
Confident working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
n
Chef - Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
n
Understanding of allergen management
n
