We are currently a seeking a Full-Time Travel and Accommodation Coordinator, with a strong focus on administrative support, to join our support team based in our head office in Brisbane on a Fixed-term basis until 31 st March ****.

You will join our growing team who are dedicated to providing accommodation booking solutions for our remote locations across Australia.

The Position
n
n
Booking travel and accommodation requests for our customers across various FIFO rosters
n
Liaising with relevant travel and accommodation stakeholders not limited to airport and camp management
n
Data entry of customer information into multi-platform software
n
Responsible for answering telecommunications and email communication in a timely manner
n
Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and clients
n

The Person
n
n




Previous experience working within the travel and accommodation industry is essential
n
Experience booking and coordinating FIFO travel is highly regarded
n
Experience using INX, SAMs, Avantik, Service Now or Serko
n
Previous experience in a facilities management service environment highly regarded
n
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
n
Positive diagnostic skills and the ability to problem solve
n
Strong verbal and written communication
n
