We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our
Gisborne
store who is team-oriented, rapid-paced, and has a passion for customer service.
n Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.
Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
n
n
Assisting with the oversight and supervising day-to-day operations
n
Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
n
Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
n
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and being an exceptional role model for your team
n
Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
n
Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
n
Barista duties, including Latte art
n
n




Baristas who apply should be able to
n
n
n
Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
n
Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
n
Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
n
Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
n
Supervise daily operations and large teams
n
Work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Have excellent presentation and customer service
n
