THE GIG:
n
We're on the lookout for a proactive Administration Assistant to join our Operations team at our distribution centre in Arundel in a permanent capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting a busy team, keeping systems organised, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Processing and managing customer orders through Shopify and CIN7
n
Handling customer enquiries and supporting order-related queries
n
Assisting with inventory administration, including stock updates, adjustments, and reconciliations
n
Liaising with warehouse, support office and retail store teams to resolve order or stock discrepancies
n
Flagging any stock issues, system errors, or despatch delays as they arise
n
Supporting day-to-day operational tasks to keep processes running smoothly
n
Assist with online order returns, exchanges, refunds and other post-purchase activities.
n
Support stock transfers and replenishment activities between the warehouse and retail stores.
n
Assist with reporting and administration relating to orders, inventory and fulfilment performance.
n
Identify opportunities to improve order processing, inventory accuracy and overall customer experience.
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, ecommerce, administration,



inventory or operations support is preferred but not essential.
n
Experience using Shopify, CIN7, Gorgias or similar systems is highly regarded, with training provided.
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy across customer, order and inventory transactions.
n
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage multiple workflows.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
n
A proactive, solution-focused approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
n
Comfortable working with systems, data and processes, with an interest in identifying opportunities to improve the way work is performed.
n
Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify underlying causes and follow issues through to resolution.
n
Reliable, adaptable and willing to support the broader team across a range of operational requirements.
n
An interest in retail, ecommerce, fashion and customer experience is advantageous.
n
