What You'll Be Doing
n Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
n Develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
n Work directly with participants,



families and support teams.
n Provide practical coaching that actually gets implemented.
n Review strategies, measure outcomes and continually improve supports.
n Collaborate with allied health professionals and stakeholders.
n Deliver Positive Behaviour Support the way it was always intended to be delivered.
n
Who We're Looking For
n You're already registered (or eligible) as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
n You have qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science or a related discipline.
n You understand the NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
n You know that relationships matter just as much as reports.
n You care about doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
n Most importantly...
