Join Courtyard by Marriott as a
Sales Executive
and play a key role in growing our Meetings, Events, Catering and Group Accommodation business. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do

Identify and secure new group, conference, meeting and catering opportunities.
n
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
n
n
Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, BEOs and invoices.
n
n
Conduct professional site inspections and client entertainment activities.
n
n
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.
n
n
Manage event details from enquiry through to completion.
n
n
Communicate event requirements and updates across relevant departments.
n
n
Monitor group functions to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
n
n
Utilise strong negotiation and sales skills to convert opportunities and maximise revenue.
n
n
Maintain accurate records within sales and event management systems.
n
n




Support the hotel's service strategy and act as a brand ambassador for Courtyard by Marriott.
n
About You
n
n
n
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel sales, events, catering or conference sales.
n
n
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
n
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
n
n
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
n
n
Hospitality studies highly regarded.
