WSP's Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced
Electrical Engineer
at
Associate to Associate Director level
to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP's national and global network.

The role
n
You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Leading electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects
n
Managing project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomes
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
n
Mentoring and developing engineers within the team
n
Collaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects
n
n
About you
n
n
Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
n
Strong experience within building services consultancy
n
Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management
n
Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded
n
Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth
n
Australian Citizenship (essential)
n
