The Role:

We're seeking a casual Bar Attendant to join our team at The Balcony! We're looking for a team member to work in our fast-paced, entertainment venue. Be an integral part of bar operations, support events, and help deliver an unforgettable experience in one of the Coast's most iconic live music destinations.

What You'll Do:
n
n
Be involved in the daily bar operations in a quick-paced live music environment, ensuring top-notch service, venue presentation, and compliance with RSA and safety standards.
n
Work closely with bar staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy setting.
n
Help management to support live events, gigs,



and promotions that drive sales and enhance the venue experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage or bar services.
n
A passion and interest in bar services and live music.
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.
n
Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to handling customer concerns and complaints.
n
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
