WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this role, you must have:

️ At least 6 months of housekeeping supervisory experience in Australia
n
️ Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team
n
️ Strong communication and organisational skills
n




️ A great eye for detail
n
️ A positive attitude and skilled approach
n
️ The ability to motivate and support a team
n
️ Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
n
YOUR ROLE
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
Leading and supporting the housekeeping team
n
Checking rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our standards
n
Training and supporting team members
n
Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
n
Helping resolve guest housekeeping requests
n
Working with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
n
Ensuring the team delivers a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest
n
