About the role

Mater Private Hospital Gold Coast have multiple opportunities for enthusiastic Registered Nurses to provide roster relief on a permanent or casual basis. This an excellent opportunity for RN's to be exposed to different areas within our private hospital and gain valuable experience.
n
Salary range: $***** - $***** per hour
plus superannuation
and
access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900

What you'll be doing
n
Whilst displaying the highest level of clinical standards for the unit you will be responsible for:
n
n
Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into service provision
n
Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth
n
Working with and supporting colleagues within a highly effective skilled team environment
n
Demonstrating clinical skills and knowledge in the care of both medical and surgical patients
n
n
About you
n
n
Current AHPRA registration (without restriction)
n
Minimum 12 months post graduate nursing/midwifery experience
n
Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate in to different teams and work under different NUMs
n
Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development
n
Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
n
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems
n
