We are seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

As a qualified nursing professional you will provide high quality, person-centred clinical care to our acute and aged care residents. Supported by a consumer focused approach you will ensure the personal and clinical needs of consumers are met with respect, dignity and positivity.

Tallangatta Health Service is a 61 bed,



small rural public health service providing a mix of acute, sub-acute, aged care residential, and community services to Tallangatta and the surrounding district. We pride ourselves on being a consumer focused progressive provider of care to our community, patients and residents with a multidisciplinary focus.

About you
n
You are passionate about person centred-care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also have;
n
n
Current Nursing registration with AHPRA
n
Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care
n
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
n
Demonstrated knowledge and industry experience within a sub-acute, aged care or community setting
n
Strong time management and problem solving abilities
n
Commitment to continuous improvement
n
Computer literacy with word-processing and data base programs
n
